Strategic oversight across all areas of our sustainability and impact strategy is fundamental to how we approach and continue to progress along our journey. Our strategy is supported by a connected ecosystem of associate teams and Executive and Board oversight that enables the work to be achieved through various functions and existing business processes.
Nominating and Governance Committee
The Nominating & Governance Committee of the Board provides guidance to our Executive Council, which is composed of senior leaders across the organization (including from our finance, human resources, legal, merchandising/branding and supply chain functions), and our sustainability teams. Our Board and Executive Council review our company’s sustainability and impact priorities and commitments and ensure these priorities are a key consideration as we continue to grow.
Steering Committee and Lead Teams
