Our Inclusion Resource Groups (IRGs) create an opportunity for associates to connect with one another around their shared passion for creating an inclusive workplace for all associates. These groups provide professional development, support the needs of the business, help shape the culture of our company and volunteer in the communities we serve.
ALL IN
ALL IN or The Asian Learning, Leadership, & Innovation Network is for associates who identify as Asian and/or Pacific Islander and their allies. ALL IN's mission is to foster diversity, inclusion and innovation by celebrating Asian and Pacific Islander heritage, increasing cultural awareness, embracing learning and cultivating best in class leaders.

Conexion’s mission is to provide an inclusive associate network that celebrates the Latino culture, develops associates through leadership and professional development while positively elevating Bath & Body Works.

MAVRIC recognizes the significant contributions of all current and prior military service members and their families.
