Bath & Body Works’ newest collaboration celebrates the timeless magic of the Disney Princesses through expertly crafted fragrance and captivating designs. The collection introduces brand-new fragrances inspired by the stories of Aurora, Rapunzel, Snow White and Mulan, along with the new hero scent, Life’s a Fairytale. Fan-favorite Princesses Tiana and Belle also return with refreshed packaging. Each fragrance was developed to reflect its Princess’s spirit, strength and resilience, bringing their world to life through scent.
As part of this launch, Bath & Body Works is offering a behind-the-scenes look into the fragrance development process. This spotlight features the creation of Disney’s Snow White.
In the new Disney Princess Collection, Snow White’s fragrance was inspired by key elements from the animated film, Disney’s Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. The fragrance features notes of mystic red apple, ripened fruits and enchanted woods. Like all Bath & Body Works’ products, it was expertly crafted in partnership with the world’s top fragrance houses and perfumers. The brand collaborated with vice president senior perfumer Carlos Viñals from Symrise, a creator of fragrance, flavor, natural nutrition and cosmetic ingredients solution, to develop this new scent.
“For Snow White, I wanted to capture the moment before the spell in the film — when fruit still glows with innocence and the forest feels alive with quiet magic,” says Carlos Viñals. “Disney’s Snow White character was my guide, not as a fairytale, but as a state of being: kind honest and optimistic.”
A quiet surprise unfolds in the Snow White fragrance as crisp and luminous mystic red apple rises like fruit gliding on a magical breeze, bringing a dewy sweetness that feels airy, refined and translucent. Ripened fruits follow, unveiling a deeper magic with the plush, composed sweetness of blueberries and dark berries. Finally, enchanted woods anchors the composition of the fragrance.
Disney’s Snow White fragrance is available across body care and home in fine fragrance mist, body cream, body wash, hand soap, 3-wick candles and more. The collection also includes a wide array of customized accessories including coin purses, PocketBac holders, candle stands and Wallflower heaters.
