At Bath & Body Works, we offer a wide variety of programs and assistance that focus on giving our associates the tools they need to shine at work and thrive in life.

Regardless of where associates work within the company — stores, home office, distribution centers or the customer care center — we are committed to enhancing and growing their career experiences.

Associates for Associates Emergency Fund

We have a culture of empathetic and engaged associates. Their desire to support one another in times of need grew into the Associates for Associates Emergency Fund established in 2005. This is an opportunity for associates to provide support to fellow associates through supplemental assistance in times of extreme financial hardship. The fund is managed by the Columbus Foundation to provide emergency assistance, which includes community resources and monetary aid to associates as a result of a catastrophic event or severe personal crisis. These events can include, but are not limited to, a home being destroyed by fire, a natural disaster or other extreme personal event. You can complete an online application at any time.

Care Team

The purpose of the Bath & Body Works Care Team is to support families of associates impacted by a severe accident or crisis during the course of business. Members are associates who have volunteered and are trained to serve. Team members provide practical and immediate support needs including general information, food, clothing, lodging, transportation and childcare. It is a proven way of taking care of families when they are unable to care for themselves.

Associate Self-Service: HR Access

Current associates looking to update their personal contact information, enroll in benefits, view pay slips or update direct deposit or tax forms can do so by logging into HR Access.

Numbers to Know

In extreme situations, we will notify associates directly by phone or text if their personal contact information is listed in HR Access. You can login, view and update your personal contact information to receive notifications. Your information is private and is only used to contact you in the event of a severe weather or other emergency situation.

HR Direct

Associates who have questions about benefits, pay slips, W-2s and tax forms can contact HR Direct U.S. at 866-473-4728 or Canada at 855-770-8707.

Crisis/Weather Information Hotline

In the event of extreme weather conditions, call 800-945-1001 for updates on closures or delays.

Domestic Violence Hotline

Associates in an abusive relationship or those who know of another associate involved in an abusive relationship should contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 800-799-SAFE or ndvh.org.

Ethics Hotline

If an associate has a sensitive work matter or is not pleased with the resolution of a work issue, they may contact our ethics hotline which is staffed by an independent company at 888-884-7218 or bbw.ethicspoint.com.

Employment Verification

Bath & Body Works uses The Work Number for outside resources that need to verify an associate’s employment. Visit The Work Number or call 800-996-7566 or verifiers can call 800-367-5690.
