We were founded on a simple idea: make the world a brighter, happier place through the power of fragrance. Our customers support us with unwavering passion, loyalty and dedication. They inspire us to evolve our practices as we continue to be a trusted source in the marketplace, and we're constantly imagining new ways to share the power of fragrance.

A Foundation of Fragrance

When we started in 1990 with a few fragrances, we quickly realized the strong emotional connection we had with our customers. That shared love for fragrance translated to fun and engaging store experiences, which immediately became a part of our culture.

Today, we're devoted to product innovation because new fragrances bring new smiles to our customers' faces. As we continue to evolve and grow, we’re developing new product categories, like our Men's Shop and our new MOXY Collection.

While we introduce new fragrances and products, we use our strong connection with our customers to guide us.

Whole Body Wellness

MOXY, available online and in select stores, is designed to help customers reach their skin, hair and wellness goals from the inside-out. MOXY includes new face and hair care products that are made without phthalates and mineral oil, and, like all of our products, are not tested on animals. MOXY face and hair care products are inclusively designed, offering options for various hair and skin types, and customers can choose from face masks, moisturizers, cleansers, hair masks, shampoos and conditioners. Our gluten-free and gelatin-free MOXY supplements are designed to help promote various wellness needs. Additionally, our gummy bottle uses 100% recycled plastic and the team used label material and adhesive, depending on packaging to promote recycling.

Our new loyalty program, My Bath & Body Works, was recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s best loyalty programs. Launched in August 2022, loyalty enrollment has soared to 33 million members in just six months.
